Terms & Conditions: Referral Program

The Inrō Referral Program is a simple way for our most engaged users to earn rewards by sharing Inrō with their network. You help businesses and creators supercharge their Instagram marketing, and we reward you for it—a win-win for everyone

A. Eligibility Criteria

• Active Paid Plan: You must have an active paid Inrō subscription.
• 1,000 Activated Contacts: Your Inrō account must have at least 1,000 activated contacts.
• No Geographical Restrictions: Users from any location can participate, unless specifically restricted by Inrō in the future.

B. How It Works

Referral Link & Code: Upon joining the Referral Program, you’ll receive a unique referral link and code.

Successful Referral: A referral is considered successful when the referred user signs up for a paid Inrō plan or purchases a paid add-on (e.g., AI add-on).

Usage of Referral Assets: You can share your referral link and code on social media, your website, emails, direct messages, and more, subject to the restrictions below.

C. Benefits

For Referrers:

• Earn 20% commission on the referred user’s subscription or add-on generated revenue for up to 3 months.
• No Cap on the number of referrals or total commission, refer as many people as you want and earn unlimited commissions.
• Once you successfully refer 10 users, you may be invited to join the Inrō Partner Program, which offers higher commissions and additional perks.

For Referred Users:

• Receive 25% off their first 3 month’s subscription
• Unlock Earning Potential — Once they’re on a paid plan and meet the criteria, they can join the Referral Program and start earning!

D. Payouts

Schedule: Referral payments are made 30 days after the revenue is generated.

Minimum Threshold: You must accumulate at least €50 in referral earnings to receive a payout.

Method: Payouts are typically processed via the payment method linked to your Inrō account. However, you may also request a specific payout method, subject to approval.

E. Restrictions

No Self-Referrals: You cannot refer yourself or create multiple accounts to claim referral benefits.

No False Representation: Do not impersonate Inrō employees or mislead people about your relationship with Inrō.

No Spamming: Refrain from excessive or unsolicited posting of referral links (e.g., spam comments, mass DMs).

Allowed Channels: Content creation on any platform, direct messaging, email newsletters, links in bio, etc.

Ads & Competitive Bidding:

• Paid ads are only allowed if pre-approved by Inrō.
• You cannot bid on “Inrō” or related brand keywords on AdWords, Meta Ads, or similar platforms.

F. Tracking & Transparency

Referral Dashboard: All referral activity is visible within your Inrō account settings. You can see:

• Your referral link and code.
• List of referred users (with plan type and sign-up date).
• Total commissions earned and pending payouts

Real-Time Updates: Referral data is updated regularly, ensuring transparency in your earnings.

G. Refunds, Chargebacks & Deductions

Earnings Duration: You earn for up to 3 months of your referred user’s paid usage. If they cancel or switch to a free plan before 3 months, your commission will end accordingly.

Refunds: If the referred user requests a refund, that amount will be deducted from your unpaid commissions.

Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to create fake accounts, exploit refund policies, or use deceptive tactics will result in loss of all referral revenue and immediate disqualification.

H. Fair Use & Disqualification

Reasons for Disqualification:

• Spamming referral links on social platforms or forums.
• Creating fake accounts solely for referral earnings.
• Generating multiple chargebacks or suspicious transactions.

Consequences: Disqualified users forfeit all referral revenue and are permanently banned from the program.

I. Discretion

Right to Disqualify: Inrō reserves the right to disqualify any participant or region at its sole discretion.

Investigations: Inrō may review and investigate suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including withholding payouts.

Program Changes: Inrō may modify or terminate the Referral Program anytime. Participants will be notified of major changes well in advance.
